I am available to come to you for one-time events or ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly offerings. Sessions are 30–60 minutes and are thoughtfully woven from the full yoga tree: breath, movement, mindfulness, imagination, sound, rest, and creative expression. Classes are always shaped to the space, season, and children present. From a child’s perspective, favorites often include story-based yoga, freeze dance and playful poses, listening to sound (singing bowls!), imaginative journeys, and artful integration. We mix and match the essences that best support you.

     Children’s yoga supports whole-child development: body, heart, and mind. We explore themes of self-care, emotional awareness, confidence, intuition, creativity, and authentic expression, while playing with balance: yin and yang, stillness and movement, individuality and group rhythm, on-the-mat and off-the-mat living.

 

     Offerings can include early education programs, elementary and teen field trips, seasonal or special events, and creative collaborations beyond traditional classrooms. If it involves children, curiosity, and space to move and feel — we can dream it up together.

     I also teach seasonal children’s and family yoga offerings at Enliven Yoga & Wellness Center in McCall, Idaho. Classes shift with the seasons and community - sometimes appearing as one-time gatherings, short series, or themed workshops that weave movement, rest, imagination, and connection for children and caregivers alike.

     I’m also happy to fill wishful requests at Enliven ... meaning if a family, group, or community member is dreaming up a specific class, workshop, or series, we can often bring it to life together in that space.

     My Family Yoga Series currently meets once a month for 90 minutes, now through May. These longer gatherings allow extra time to arrive, play, rest, and connect — together.

     Celebrate your child’s special day with a 2-hour party at Enliven! For $175, we provide the space, all class materials, and instruction — You bring the cake, drinks, and snacks, and we take care of the playful, imaginative experience.

     Children can choose from yoga, dance, or art-themed parties, and we tailor the flow to their interests. Activities may include creative expression, movement games, imagination play (pretending to be animals, trees, or weather!), story yoga, dance, or simple breath and mindfulness exercises. Parties are flexible and playful, giving kids room to explore, move, and connect.

 

     We support a max capacity party with one instructor per 15 children, and parents are always welcome to join the fun!

Come ready to play, move, imagine, and celebrate; we’ll handle the magic!

     Imagine a space where your child can slow down, move, play, and simply be ... at their own rhythm. In these sessions, I bring gentle hands-on reiki, singing bowls and drums, art, breath and meditation to help children regulate, rest, and reconnect with their own calm and creativity.

     Some days we flow quietly with energy and touch; other days we dance, imagine, or create. Play, music, and art weave through the session, always following the child’s curiosity and pace.

Each session is  a unique opportunity for your child to explore, breathe, and shine. Slow down, play, and let the magic flow.

These sessions are $1 a minute or $60; whichever is highest.  Whether at Enliven or in your home, siblings or friends are welcome to join the adventure. Children usually enjoy 30-60 minutes of this work.
