Don’t let the left brain run the show.

Or our ego.

Or our finite self.

Or the exposing shadows.

Sometimes our ego inflates if we're not staying anchored in the heart center.

The heart matters.

Joy matters.

Passion matters.

If something doesn’t fit inside that container, it doesn’t need to be analyzed, it can simply be closed. Support arrives easily when discernment leads. (Yes, sometimes I still say that part to myself.)

And honestly for me - when something has to give itself a name, I pause.

I tend to ask for guidance beyond names. Names can be useful when they help anchor frequency into form: into learning, structure, or lived embodiment on Earth. But they can also become a slippery slope. We all ride that line between ego and expansion, noticing the push and pull. Awareness is the practice.

I’ll say I’m working with Quan Yin because the frequency looks, sounds, and feels a certain way to me. But notice this: she never insists on a name unless I do.

Humans create structures - language, archetypes, forms - to help the wisdom body integrate what it’s receiving - to help the nervous system open its depth in acceptance of each supportive energy. That’s not wrong. But the beings of the cosmic mother field rarely require identification. They don’t need credit.

And that’s the real inquiry, isn’t it?

If I’m helping from my heart, why do I need recognition?

Why does being “right” or “special” matter?

Reciprocity can arrive in quieter, more honest ways.

Yes ... you’re cool.

But never at the expense of another being.

Never by limiting someone else’s expansion.

Never by claiming ownership over truth.

This is why I lean toward collective language: elementals, star beings, universal love. For me, the energy of God renders hierarchy meaningless. Ego dissolves. The past rewrites itself.

I’m reflecting on this for myself, first and foremost. I only need to be aligned with my own choices as I create. Still, I sense others walking this same edge - balancing structure and surrender, form and mystery.

I love building containers that bring light into thought and creation.

And I love letting it all dissolve ... beyond names, beyond hierarchy ... into heaven, right here in this finite, myopic, human life on Earth.
