integrate and expand

A quiet side note before I begin:

Sometimes those labeled “narcoleptic” are called reluctant shamans by doctors.

That framing always felt closer to truth than pathology.

This season has been about reclaiming my power fully—so I can support Souls without reluctance, apology, or fragmentation.

I realize I am dreaming—traveling—when I wake in a hotel room that belongs unmistakably to the 1920s.

Almost immediately, I know this isn’t my first arrival.

Aurora and I have been moving through time together, supporting Spirits as they release, heal, and move on. This work feels familiar—embodied—already in motion.

We are in a 19th‑century city.

There is a rhythm to it: moving from house to house, clearing spaces, offering integration where energy has stalled.

As we leave one home and walk toward the woods, I notice a tall black structure locals call the powerhouse.

I freeze when I see Spirits staring out from the windows.

Instinctively, I cover Aurora’s eyes.

Their feeling isn’t hostile—it’s trapped.

I breathe through my fear of being seen and imagine yellow light streaming through the building—entering, exiting, passing freely.

One by one, they notice.

They realize they are not confined.

Transformation begins.

The elders do not like this.

They start looking for me.

Who has helped them?

The scene shifts.

I wake inside a warehouse‑like room, then on the streets again. Aurora is on my lap as I read to her. I understand the strategy immediately: I can do the dreamwork while appearing to read. If the leaders suspect me, I will be killed.

Then something changes.

I look down.

Aurora is no longer Aurora.

A Soul shines through her.

“My name is Katie,” she says. “I’m here to help you.”

The book in my hands flashes into an image:

a radiant rainbow tree, fallen slightly, roots exposed and glowing as light refracts through them.

I see fragments—

a navy blue car,

a rainbow gathering,

a fatal accident on the way home.

She tells me she now lives as this tree—her essence woven into it—and that sending love through these rays is the answer. She will help me.

Together, we create a treatment.

We return to the powerhouse and imagine a column of yellow light rising from the earth, passing through the structure and out the top.

From within, pink rays pulse outward in concentric circles.

We set the field for the next 24–48 hours:

perpetual compassion, rose ray integration, remembering.

We ask Quan Yin and Mother Mary to co‑create the field with us.

The work completes.

Aurora is Aurora again.

I thank Katie.

We wake back in the 1920s hotel room.

A woman has been watching—guiding—helping my gifts mature. She warns me gently: if I’m not careful, people could trace me all the way back to my Charlotte body. There is real fear here. This work has ended lives before.

I write integrate and expand on the sheets and sign Natalie Dietz.

She worries even that could be traced.

She begins explaining the work I’m meant to do as Charlotte, with a friend—but I stop her.

“I need a moment,” I say.

“One place. One time. Linear rest. Or my mind will fracture.”

I get dressed.

The room shifts.

I am now in Aurora’s current room, feeding her.

My awareness drifts again and I see my abilities branching—multiple expressions, multiple technologies of consciousness. I am in a room with two screens: one white, one black. Through them, I am channeling to myself.

“You are the same,” I hear.

“You are equally important.

It only feels extreme because you are holding both poles.

Integration is the work now.

Be one.”

At that exact moment, my partner shouts from the other room.

I’ve been speaking aloud - through Charlotte’s physical body - and I’ve woken him.

Wow.

What a trip.
